MISSISSAUGA, Ontario, June 2, 2008 (Prime Newswire via COMTEX) — Mechatronic Systems Integration (Pink Sheets: DMTN) announced earlier today that in its aim to create the most transparency for investors it has elected to post an Initial Company Information and Disclosure Statement on-line through the Pink Sheets’ “Filings” section together with an Attorney Letter with Respect to Current Information accompanied by First Quarter 2008 Financial Statements (Exhibit “A”), Articles of Incorporation (Exhibit “B”) and Company By Laws (Exhibit “C”).
